KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!
 Receipts are required for refund or exchange.

Defective text may be returned at any time.

The final day to return used textbooks is Friday, September 4, 2009.

The final day to return new textbooks is Friday, September 11, 2009.

New books must be in new condition,
free from writing, marking, or stains.

Books purchased after the term's return date are not returnable.

Bindings, shrink-wrap and cover must be intact without damage.

General merchandise may be returned within two weeks
from the date of purchase with your receipt,
and merchandise must be in the same condition it was when purchased.
